WashU is firmly committed to the responsible and ethical conduct of research. Members of the WashU community, including faculty, staff, students, and other trainees, are obligated with a shared responsibility to conduct themselves in a responsible, ethical, and unbiased manner while serving the research goals of the University.

This policy is intended to protect against harm to human research participants and to protect the integrity of research performed at or under the auspices of WashU.
