This policy defines an effective IT Asset Management (ITAM) process and associated responsibilities to ensure that IT assets are well managed throughout the IT asset life cycle.

This statement on academic integrity applies to all undergraduate students at WashU. Graduate students are governed by policies in each graduate school or division. All students are expected to adhere to the highest standards of behavior.

Central to Washington University in St. Louis’ mission of fostering excellence in research is a commitment to ensure that all individuals responsible for the design, conduct and reporting of research involving human participants receive education in the protection of those participants that is appropriate and adequate to assure the ethical conduct of the research.

The University Student Conduct Code sets forth community standards and expectations for WashU students. These community standards and expectations are intended to foster an environment conducive to learning and inquiry.

Employees may not engage in external activities that interfere with the performance of their university duties, that disrupt the operations of their department or school, or that create an actual or apparent conflict of interest with their university responsibilities.

In common with most academic institutions, WashU permits faculty members in most of its schools to engage in a reasonable amount of external professional activity that may be compensated from external sources.

The Business Expense Policy outlines policies and guidelines for business expenses, including travel related expenses. It is stated in general terms and is not intended to cover every possible situation. More restrictive policies and guidance when grant funding is used may apply and may not be expressly stated in this document.
